Bailey Kindlon is an accomplished, award-winning senior integrated producer known for her creativity and expertise in the constantly evolving advertising and production landscape. Over the years, she has developed a reputation for having impeccable taste, bringing together dynamic creative vendor teams, and delivering impactful and memorable advertising campaigns that resonate with audiences and clients alike. Her keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to bring out the best in colleagues have earned her reputation for being a sought after producer in the industry.
Bailey has a deep passion for storytelling and a desire to create content that connects with people on an emotional level.
She quickly rose through the ranks (starting at the very bottom slinging spicy tuna rolls and lattes as a receptionist to the very first NYC clients of the Mill like the Snorri Brothers and Brian Beletic) and rose to manage the post-production awards blitz for Miramax on the films Chicago and Gangs of New York. From there she joined the legendary comedic agency Cliff Freeman & Partners (“Where’s the Beef?” to name a few…) and continued to rise - learning from industry giants on powerhouse brands like Pepsi and GE, gaining experience in various aspects of global production, from concept development to post-production. Her curious, scrappy, thoughtful, approach and dedication to excellence have led her to work with some of the biggest brands in the world, helping them to effectively communicate their messages and achieve their marketing goals. She went on to produce for brands such as Gerber, Beiersdorf, Kraft, Novo Nordisk and Amgen. At the heart of it all are the hallmarks of what drives Bailey to care most about the craft of advertising itself - subtly pushing positive cultural change through commerce, and always championing for authenticity through the voice of the consumer and the creatives.
Her ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking, while always striving to be kind, calm and ever-curious has made her a sought-after producer in the world of commercial advertising.
She is available to act as her own business manager, can shoot internationally and domestically, works out of the NYC area, and has a resume gap because she had a couple of kids a few years ago and wanted to stay home with them and found the state of American child care to be a travesty.
